In the case of this unfortunate event, please email us at and we will remove your pet's profile so that you are no longer charged.

If you're expecting reimbursement for any expenses incurred during the billing cycle in which your pet passes, you cannot deactivate their profile until AFTER the billing cycle has been completed. Because your pet is receiving reimbursement, you will still be responsible for that month's care contribution to other members.

Once you've withdrawn your reimbursement, please navigate to My Pets, select your pet, and click the red Remove button to remove them from your account.
